Hi there! Welcome to our website!
We are Romain and Dona, a French-Romanian couple, who enjoy traveling, foreign cultures… and photography. We are proud of our international background: Romain lived in Belgium, USA, France, Uruguay and Mexico, and Dona in Belgium, USA, France and Romania. But together we have visited more than 20 countries over the years. Of course travel comes with a bigger challenge: trying to capture every instant of our trips.
At first, photographing for us was simply a means to record memories and experiences but eventually it evolved into something more - a passion to capture moments to draw in the
viewer to the beauty of the world around us, and most importantly to tell a story.
Traveling has helped us create a vast collection of images of people and places from around the world. Being immersed in different cultures and ways of life is always eye-opening as opposed to the stereotypical descriptions of such places in the media. Our goal is to cover as much of the globe as possible and explore what it has to offer.
But the beauty of our work is that we have different styles and we interpret details or landscapes differently. I am interested in capturing street art,
people, textures, and close-ups. Romain is more focused on long exposures, night sessions and cityscapes.
When we are not traveling, we are working in an office full of people and enjoying our first passion: marketing for Dona and airplane engineering for Romain. And when we are not working, we are exploring the world around us, we are looking for new and creative ways to express ourselves… and beautiful unique projects are born.
